Looking ahead to the future financial needs of the American Legion Auxiliary’s national strategic plan is a critical responsibility for the National Finance Committee in conjunction with the National Headquarters staff. The national strategic plan sets the priority goals for the organization, and financial resources need to be in place to ensure those priorities are met. Annual budgets to support these priorities are developed, along with longer-range resource development plans, and are presented to our governing body, the National Executive Committee, for adoption.
