WASHINGTON, D.C. – More than 300 women representing the American Legion Auxiliary (ALA) will convene in the nation’s capital Feb. 25 – March 1 for the organization’s Washington DC Conference, held in conjunction with fellow members of The American Legion Family.
Last year, ALA advocacy helped preserve many important veterans’ services, including programs for disabled veterans and veterans’ widows.
For nearly 100 years, members of The American Legion Family have been heading to D.C. , steadfast in carrying out a mission to advocate for veterans.
